Well kashmir issue is more then just a troubled state issue of India. this whole issue is religion oriented issue right from the very start. India got divided on religions, kashmiris dont connect themselves to India bcz they feel India is nothing more then a Hindu nation. hindu army is killing them, muslim pakistan is helping them, its safe to be with islamic pakistan rather then being with Hindu India. I think, and time will prove me right, that kashmir can not be integrated with India if u dont see the religion angle as most powerful driving force in all these agitations taking place. All they want first is to remove army from valley so that they can act in whichever way in valley and support Pakistan easily. They burn Indian flag and support Pakistan, separatist don’t contest elections. No question should be raised to demotivate the Indian army there by making them scapegoat. If they have to fight there, they must be given the legal cover like AFSPA. If there r militants roaming and acting freely the army also have to act beyond just a normal police who register FIRs only. 

It’s a fact that kashmiris are being used by Pakistan and the base is religion. They are motivated and provoked on the name of religion and they see India as hindus only. U can easily differentiate the valley and Jammu region and leh region of the state. Apart from valley, there is no such agitation, violence took place ever. The reason is clear that they r not blind like kashmiris for the religion. They don’t get provoked on the name of religion. They don't try to remove the muslims from jammu as kashmiris did with pandits there. They don’t get provoked by just a rumour of Quran burning in far USA and start burning national property. 

Delhi is failed to solve this issue bcz most of the Indian governments were and are looking to get more n more minority votes out of this issue. They dont take hard measures to resolve issues. Political will power and competency is missing. We can not afford to let go Kashmir just bcz it has more muslims then hindus as this will open a flood gate of problems in India, where we have so many caste, religions living together peacefully.
