Specification:
The Rail shall conform to and will be used Rail Steel- Standard section "T" rails original weight 50 Kg. Per meter or heavier. Each Rail unit will be straight, and without bending or winding. Free from mud, dust, fluff, nonferrous inclusions, excessive rust and other impurities. Free from any radioactive materials, any harmful chemicals, substances, and coatings, any organic waste and any other harmful substances. Dirt, dust rust, fluff and other impurities not allowed over 1%.

Specification:
(HMS1 comprises of ISRI Codes 200 to 202 and rest is HMS2)
The steel scrap consists of a mix of mill scrap (stampings, cuttings, bars, etc.), Industrial scrap (nuts, bolts, misc. pieces, etc), auto and truck frames and bodies, railroad scrap (wheels, axles, parts of locomotives and carriages, etc.), ship scrap (fittings, plate pieces, parts), construction scrap (plate, bars, angle pieces, rods, steel pipe, etc.) and miscellaneous commercial scrap (appliance casings, frames and parts, etc.). Non-metal impurities total 1% (one percent) or less. All goods sold by the seller will also be totally free from any types of radiation, bombs, arms and ammunition, mines, shell, cartridges, sealed containers, gas cylinders, explosive shells or explosive materials in any form either used or otherwise as per the specification below:
HMS 1 - IRSI CODES
HMS 1 - IRSI Code 200: Heavy melting steel. Wrought iron and/or steel scrap ¼ inch or steel scrap ¼ inch and over in thickness. Individual pieces not over 60 x 24 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
HMS 1 - IRSI Code 201: Heavy melting steel 3 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap ¼ inch over in thickness individual pieces not over 36 inches x 18 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging
HMS 1 - IRSI Code 202: Heavy melting steel 5 feet x 18 inches. Wrought iron or steel scrap 1.4 inch and over in thickness individual pieces not over 60 inches x 18 inches (charging box size) prepared in a manner to insure compact charging

HMS 2 - IRSI Code 203; 2 heavy melting steel. * Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, 1/8 inch and over in thickness, charging box size to include material not suitable as No. 1 heavy melting steel. Prepared in a manner to insure compact charging.
HMS 2 - IRSI Code 204: 2 heavy melting steel. * Wrought iron and steel scrap, black and galvanized, maximum size 36 x 18 inches. May include all automobile scrap properly prepared..

Pricing is based on the first year annual volumes not whole contract more than 1 year.

PAYMENT
By Irrevocable, SBLC transferable equal to the value of 1 months shipments, payable at sight, at destination port within 7 days, valid for the period of 14 months and 20 days from the date of issue.


Payment for each shipment shall be effected by TELEX TRANSFER (TT) at sight upon presentation by the seller of all agreed documents required for payment.


Performance Bond (PB) max two percent (2%) performance bond will be issued within 7 - 10 banking days of receiving acceptable financial  instrument.


Inspection: SGS certificates of quality and quantity, radioactivity and al shipping documents listing in the Contract would be issued in the port of loading. Seller provide AQSIQ (For China)


Loading port visit: Visit of Goods, after opening non-operative Terms of Payment, only at loading port.

 ØBuyer sends LOI or ICPO with SOFT PROBE FUNDS;
- An e-mail will be sent to the Buyer or Buyer Mandate to confirm the Used Rail or HMS is required.
       (If no reply for this E-mail, no FCO)
- All LOI/ICPO's must be updated to Sellers terms, or a Letter (e-mail) from the Buyer to this effect.
- SELLER PRICES AND AVAIABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
- WE WILL CONSIDER LOI as received only that LOI+SoftProbe confirmed by seller as valid.
        ØBuyer sends LOI or ICPO with SOFT PROBRE FUNDS;
        ØSeller’s issues sends FCO - Full Corporate Offer;
        ØBuyer return FCO signed and seal (on each page) + BCL / RWA or MT 799;
        ØSeller send DRAFT CONTRACT;
        ØBuyer return DRAFT CONTRACT signed and seal (on each page);
        ØSeller send HARD CONTRACT;
        ØBuyer Open non operative payment instrument;
        ØSeller send the 2% PERFORMANCE BOND which activates the payment instrument;
        ØShipment commences 30-45 days as per the terms of the contract.
