Bhaktivedanta Hospice--Toward a Spiritual Transition
The Bhaktivedanta Hospice offers care to terminally ill patients to enable them to leave this world with dignity in a spiritual environment and with spiritual consciousness to reach the highest destination in the next life. The Hospice serves both the patients and their loved ones. The care consists of medical, medico-social, and spiritual services. Care is offered to both inpatients and patients in their homes. And after the patient's death, it continues in the form of bereavement care. It is located in the most holy place of Vrindavana, India. This video will show a little about this. I have been involved in home health care and have helped others transition out of this life and I feel that this kind of Hospice help is extremely beneficial and important. It is based on the teachings of Srila A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, and all people and patients are welcome. You can find out more about it through their website at: www.bhaktivedantahospice.org. You can find out more about the teachings of Vedic spirituality at www.stephen-knapp.com.
