Mahabali Ravan singing teh glorious Shri SHIV TANDAV strotra to please the Lord of Lords, after Ravan's pride is humbled by Shri Mahadeva Shiva.

For the unknowing - The story comes in the epic Ramayan. Ravan, an ardent Shiv devotee goes to Mt. Kailash (Shiva's abode) and wants to lift it with his mighty arms and bring Shiva along with Kailash to his Lanka. As he lifts Kailash from below, Shiva, sitting atop with goddess Parvati simply puts down his foot that pins down Ravana. To please the Lord, Ravan starts singing in his praise and composing the great Shiva Tandava strotra that is revered highly in Shaivaism everywhere. Om Namah Shivaya!!
